The data collected on African Americans from the census documents is valuable information that should be shared with others.  Students at Washington High School in Kansas City, KS have obtained the original microfilm copies of the 1875 and 1885 Kansas Agricultural Census.  They transcribed this handwritten data and typed it into an exell spreadsheet.  In this example project you will be able to use the data they collected as an example to perform data analysis.  You will not have to enter any data yourself.
