Partners

KanGIS is a communty of educators who use digital mapping tools like Geographic Information Systesm (GIS), digital globes, GPS, and remotely-sensed imagery in the classroom. The focus of the group is to serve K-12 educators who use these technologies to support science, math, and social science instruction. Google Group registration is required. KangIS


KC Science INC KC Science INC, is a partnership of KCPT Public Television, Johnson County Library, Science City at Union Station, Pathfinder Science and Science Pioneers, focused on promoting science-related events, encouraging interest in science, advocating for science-based careers and inspiring natural curiosity throughout the community.


Plugged-in.org is a STEM website just for girls, created and maintained by the Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri. Girls can play games, learn about women in STEM careers, get tips for being environmentally friendly, and explore the STEM opportunities offered by their local Girl Scout council. Plugged-In
